the mechanical power presses are coming in "C" frame versions from 3 to 250 Tonnage capacity in most economical type of construction with various types of standard as well as optional features like

Manual/Auto lubricating system,Single/Two geared or Un-geared,Knockout electronics safety,Pneumatic feeder, for automatically operation.

FRAME: The frame is made of fabricated from Rolled steel plate with ribs, Presses up to 30 Tonnage capacity will be available Cast Iron legs.proper alignment of the frame is ensured by accurate machining.

CLUTCH: The clutch of Pin /Rolling key type. It will be on Right side and well supported for contenuos stroke to obtain mass of production.

CRANK SHAFT : The crank shaft is made of alloy steel and machined to close accuracy, fitted in Bronze bushes for smooth working with extra longer life and accuracy.

FLY WHEEL: The fly wheel is made of graded Cast Iron with accurately sized for efficiently storing and releasing adequate energy for pressing operations. Its Dynamically balanced for smooth working.

GEARS: Gears are made of steel cast, precisely machined,and teeth are being cut on Gear Hobbing Machine.

TABLE & RAM: Table and Ram are made of high graded Cast Iron and are properly seasoned.Extra care taken to get perfect alignment with each other to obtain high accuracy in pressing operations.
