Shearing Machine is suited for cuttting to size general purpose mild steel. Structural steel sheets up to 4mm thickness with high productivity.

FRAME:The frame is constructed from graded steel rolled plate.The Bed and Upper beam are fabricated fabricated from good quality mild steel to withstand and absorb heavy load, specially to adjust the bled clearance as required.
BLADE: Blades are being manufactured with strictly following the grade of material High Carbon Chromium Steel to cutting M.S.and S.S.material and extra longer life.
REVOLVING KEY CLUTCH & BREAK: Made of Alloy Steel.it is linked with gear hence engages every time when the foot pedal pressed.The drive provided by "V"belts,and all the journals are fitted in Gun Metal Bearing.Break is adjustable and incorporated on the end of Crank Shaft.
BACK GAUGE: Accurate Gauge is provided with the machine to opt consisting sizes of sheet.
LUBRICATION: Hand Operated Pump is connected with all rotating and sliding parts with pipes to provide lubrication regularly to avoid wear and tear and getting smooth running.
