BED:The Bed is of high graded Cast Iron and its heat treated to opt higher Hardness to avoid wear and tear for long lasting,rigid structure provides greater strength and resistivity to absorb vibration.
ACTUAL GRINDING HEAD: Head of Grinding machine is of high greaded cast iron material and being very well machined to perform very well,the head will be fully oil bath and Spindle made of good Ally Steel and it runs on best quality Taper rolling bearings or on Bushes made of Phospherous Bronze material as it requires,and are capable of heavy duty grinding
REGULATING WHEEL HEAD:Head is made of high greaded cast iron material and being very well machined to perform very well,the head will be fully oil bath and Spindle made of good Ally Steel and it runs on best quality Taper rolling bearings or on Bushes made of Phospherous Bronze material as and where it requires, The Regulating head can be made tilt up about 5 Degree to facilitate through feed grinding.The Upper slide can be precisely swivelled up to 3 Degree in order to taper indeed grinding and provide perfect contact between workpiece and grinding wheel in through feed grinding.
CIRCULATION:Motorized circulation for the grinding wheel spindle for getting long life,circulating flow to the spindle is cleaned by an extra filter that located outside the machine.
TURNING DEVICE: The Turning device for both grinding wheel as well as regulating wheel are hydraulically operated to obtain smooth and efficient cutting action and highly uniform finishing.Turning Device are also available in manual operated.Apart from that PROFILE TURNING DEVICE for grinding wheel as well as regulating wheel are available at extra cost
